I am not a retailer, but I like your products. Where can I purchase them?

Because we wholesale our product, we do not sell direct to the end user. We would be competing against our own customers. Check out the "Where to buy" page. If your local farm store, lawn & garden center, nursery, or hardware outlet does not carry our products, ask them to! Give them our contact info, and we can ship directly to them. You can also purchase our products online at tksoutdoors.com.

How do I become a dealer?

You can contact us with your request. Give us some background information on your business and what product line you are interested in. We will require a Federal Tax Identification number to confirm that you qualify for wholesale pricing.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

One! Actually, because of the weight of most of our product line, it is wise to maximize your shipping efficiency by ordering in pallet quantities (which can be as few as 6 to 8 units). You can mix items as you wish. Product ships either FOB China (container quantities) or FOB Peosta, Iowa. We do not offer prepaid freight. We are happy to provide sample shipping quotes to established dealers.

What are shipping costs?

Pricing LTL shipping is like purchasing an airline ticket: it seems to change by the hour. We do shop around to get the best rate available for each shipment, unless you have a preferred carrier. Individual items ship via UPS or Spee-Dee.

Do you do custom designs?

Custom designs are considered on a case by case basis. Quantity is one of the main factors in the decision. Painted Sky retains copyrights to all designs unless prior agreements or trademarked images are involved.

Can we purchase just the artwork castings?

No. All product ships from the manfucturer boxed and sealed. The closest way to get art castings only is to purchase the wall hanging.
